Hey, I'm Roxanne, the face behind Junglicious.


I have always had a passion for cooking, more specifically making/eating desserts and brunches. I have been vegan since 2020, previously I was always afraid that vegan food would mean cutting back on tasty food, but nothing could be further from the truth. It has therefore become my mission to share this with others, from which my student company arose. So I combine this with my studies in Orthopedagogics and Disability Studies at the University of Ghent.  


At the moment my focus within Junglicious is mainly on making desserts and providing vegan brunches. This venture is the ideal opportunity for me to combine the two things that are close to my heart: making (trying to) a difference for the planet and the animals, and my love for good food and being creative in it. With Junglicious, I love to prove that both vegans and non-vegans can enjoy the same food without sacrificing taste. From classic cakes and pies to special mousse cakes, mini cakes, cakesicles or brunch boxes. You can come to me for all kinds of delicacies that everyone can enjoy!

Recently I got to accept the second price for the BeVeganAwards 2022 in the category 'Best Pastry & Sweets'. A big honour for which I'm very grateful! So a big thanks to all of you who voted along! <3
